Quick Diet Loss – Jennifer Aniston Zone Diet

This is an interesting diet promoted by Jennifer Aniston.  Its called the Zone Diet and if following this plan your diet consists of 30 percent fat,30 percent protein and 40 percent carbohydrates. Well I gave it a go cause it didnt sound like a quick fix diet to me.

The “inventor” of this diet reckons measuring your intakes increases your metabolic rate.  Well it sure did mine and that was because I became completely demented in the supermarket trying to work out the correct percentages.

The place was packed and I was trotting round with a list and a calculator looking extremely dodgy.   In the end I got so stressed I put totally unsuitable food in my trolley and left.  In todays busy world it was just far too time consuming and complicated for me.

I guess I could have bought some weight watcher ready meals with it measured for me but I was to mad to look….  Let me know if you have tried it.  It could probably work if you have a zillion personal assistants. Have to say this one not a quick fix at all.

  1. There has been heaps of spiteful remarks concerning Jennifer Aniston doing the rounds on the world wide web lately. I consider she looks wonderful, particularly after losing a few pounds.
