One of the latest diets on the market is the Wu Yi Green Tea diet. Is this another diet that proclaims to be a miracle which will produce quick diet loss?

The key to this diet is the tea which is actually a refreshing drink. The simplest way to explain how it works without going into all its key ingredients is it speeds up your metabolic system , which in turn burns more calories. Voila quick diet loss.

The interesting thing for me was that green tea has long been used as a supplement by people wanting to stay healthier and live longer.
