Quick Diet Loss – the banana diet
Quick diet loss eating banana’s? Well I thought this looks interesting as I rather like banana’s and if I thought I could lose weight eating them I might give it a shot.
This quick fix diet is called the morning banana diet and has taken Japan by storm. Here’s how it works;
You have a banana or more ( my first morning I think I rather overdid it and resembled a Gorilla in a zoo) and a glass of water at room temperature for breakfast.
You can then eat anything you like for lunch and dinner, boy that appealed to me. You must have your dinner by 8pm. You must not eat desserts and be in bed by midnight. I am not to sure why you have to be in bed by midnight but I am usually ready for bed by 10 pm anyway so that part wasn’t difficult.
I have to say it did work but I am not sure if that was because I was also being “really good” with my other meals. My main problem is that I am not a very good “breakfast” person and by the time I was eating my banana it was nearly lunchtime.
Although I feel it is one of those quick fix diets I did lose weight. If you like breakfast and bananas and are sensible about your other meals it might be a winner.
