Quick Diet Loss – “Food That Helps You Lose Weight Now”
Quick diet loss will not happen with certain types of food. Once eaten they seem to make us want even more. Ever sat there and ate the whole box of chocolates without even realising!
There are, however, some foods which do completely the opposite. Yes they actually help us lose weight.
Here are some below and they are not quick fix diets.
Grapefruit – if eaten before a meal it has been proven to help you lose weight. For the best results use real grapefruit.
Sardines – not my favourite food but as they are full of protein they help stimulate your metabolic rate and also regulate your blood sugar. They also put you in a “good mood” and this in turn stops you craving junk food.
Green tea – ok not quite a food but it does boost your metabolism and is full of amazing healthy antioxidants. Something everyone should drink even if they don’t want to lose weight. If you do want to lose weight with green tea try drinking five cups a day.
