Quick Diet Loss – Simple Steps To Keep Your Resolve
Hey today I thought I would deviate from my usual moaning about quick diet loss and give you a few simple steps that I have used to keep up my resolve, or stop me eating the entire contents of the fridge whilst everyone else was safely tucked up in bed!! No mention of quick fix diets today…
Ok well to stop yourself launching into the fridge for “goodies” – don’t put them in there. Throw out the junk food and replace it with healthy food.
As soon as you wake up get into that kitchen. Yep, you read that right. Well if you have been asleep for 8 hours your body is getting kinda hungry. It has been proved that if you eat upon waking you won’t get those awful cravings for sugar at about 10.00 am.
Don’t beat yourself up if you do over indulge. Just move on and forget about it. If you do cheat then follow this with at least five healthy meals.
Always remember your new way of eating is improving the quality of your life.
