Ok lets have a look at the kind of foods you can eat on fat loss 4 idiots.  Always important I believe before you sign yourself up for a new diet plan.   Nothing worse than starting anything and then finding out you really don’t like it.

The main slant of fat loss for idiots is towards low carbohydrates.  You won’t be eating many foods that are high in starch or sugars.  The diet directs you to consume more lean proteins – chicken, fish.

Just to reiterate my previous post you will be able to chomp your way through most of your favourite foods though which you programme into the diet generator.  This will come up with some gorgeous menus for you.  In fact you won’t even realise you are on a diet until you start losing weight and feeling great.
