As I have stated before the fat loss 4 idiots  menu is everything you want it to be.  You will not have to follow a rigid diet plan, nor will you have to eat tastless food out of a packet.  This is the real deal.  You are in control of what you eat, nobody else, and you will feel full after each meal not wishing it was time to eat.  The trouble with the wrong diet can be compared to giving up smoking without any support.  The thought of food or cigarettes is completely dominating your thoughts.  Yep you are craving.

When I lost weight and also gave up smoking I felt the same with both until I had the correct support.   You will get this with fat loss 4 idiots and below I have listed a little bit more information for you to read regarding the menu’s and foods you could be eating.  Remember though you will put into the diet generator the foods that you like not the food that the diet tells you to eat.

Ok as this is not a quick fix diet nor a quick diet loss plan you will need to eat some of the following;

 Lean proteins,
 Fruit and vegetables, and
 Sources of fat come from whole foods (such as cottage cheese or eggs).
 Starchy carbohydrates (such as oats and pasta).

 You will seperate your meals into four and eat approximately 2 and a half hours apart.

There will be no hideous calorie counting or carb measuring.  You can eat until you feel full.   This will stop you snacking, believe me.

You will easily learn all about the 3 types of calories and which calories are in each food you eat.   This really is so easy and with the basic foods you like you will be able to make up an array of delicious meals which keep you satisfied.  Oh and as discussed before you do get your three days off for indulgence…
