Strip That Fat – A Quick Diet?
Hi there. Well this is my second post regarding the strip that fat diet plan. In the last post I went over a few of the dieting myths the industry don’t want you to know. In this post I am going to have a look at how strip that fat works and see if you think it is another quick fix or quick diet loss plan…
Well the first bonus I think is that the system can be downloaded to your computer. This is great as it gives you more flexibility and you don’t have to go down to some freezing church hall on a dull February evening for you weekly weigh in….
Strip that fat claims to be the top dieting programme and here are some more statements they state are complete myths;
Eating Low Carbohydrates
They say your body will not function properly without carbs and cause you headaches and make you utterly miserable. I have to say I agree with that one after trying the Atkins diet.
Low Fat Diets
The strip that fat literature explains that although you can buy food in the supermarket that is low in fat it is usually overloaded with calories. This again I think is a very good point as I have stated in many posts everybodies calorific needs and metabolism is different and this MUST be taken into account when trying to lose weight.
Starvation Diet
Ah my favourite gripe again and I will try not to rant
Starvation diets are extremely bad for your health, physical and mental. You will only lose a small amount of fluid and your metabolic rate will just stop…. This equates it hanging onto fat stores. Oh and you will be so bad tempered and no-one will want to talk to you.
Ready Made Diet Foods (Yummy – Not)!!
I know the thought of sitting down after a hard days work to a delicious, cardboard tasting meal is really more than any of us can bear and strip that fat confirms they are useless. They also cost a fortune for the privilige.
I won’t go into all their details about the obesity rates around the world nor the fact that we are all eating the wrong foods. They do,however, state a very true fact that we are eating more and exercising less.
So how does strip the fat change all of this for us?
You get a guide which gives you all the information and dieting tips you will ever need to lose as much weight as you want. Fantastic informative info that will work if put in to practice.
You get to choose the foods you want to eat by using the diet generator. You just load this into your computer and your diet plan is created for you. You can then take the list of ingredients it produces to your local supermarket. This is vitally important as it keeps you on track and stops you grazing down the supermarket aisles ( one of my weakness’s)

I think it is a great, well thought out diet plan that will help you to lose weight in a sensible and sustained fashion.
You will get to eat food you like which is nutrionally balanced to meet all your bodies needs.
You will not feel ill and miserable as you would on a quick fix diet and after a few weeks you will be slimmer.
Obviously strip the fat diet plan will take some committment on your part and as I have advised before involve your family and friends for encouragement. You can do it!!
