And a new survey by the national health Institute shows that a third of

However the term low carb wasn’t created until 1992 when the USDA enunciated
America’s model food pyramid which included six to 11 servings of grains and
starches everyday. Low carbing dates back more than 100 years before the Atkins
diet and other trendy diets. In fact, in 1864 William Banting wrote a pamphlet
titled a letter on corpulence this manifesto was the first commercial low carb
diet.

How to Get Rid of Cellulite

referred to as skin with an ‘orange peel’ effect, losing this cellulite is not
that easy as the fat cells under the skin are inside the body’s tissue and are
tough to eliminate. Although not life threatening, losing cellulite is the aim
of any woman (or man) that sufferers with it and of course it tends to get worse
with age. There are many causes of cellulite just as there are many ways of
losing cellulite, nevertheless if you are lucky enough to eliminate it, you can
have the just as hard task of keeping it off.

Commonly, cellulite is found on the thighs, stomach, and the butt and is much
more frequent in women than in males because of differences in the way fat,
muscle, and connective tissues are distributed in males and women’s skin. This
is because women generally have a higher amount of fatty tissue than men.

Estrogen, the female hormone is also partly to blame as one of the causes of
cellulite because it is an aid in the storage of fat required by the woman for
menstruation, when she is expecting a baby and producing breast milk. Another
contributing cause of cellulite is being overweight but cellulite is not formed
as a direct result of this, even so, it can exacerbate the situation. During
maternity, a woman’s body goes through a number of changes during which time
there is an growth in fatty deposits, general weight gain and the retention of
water.

Most doctors agree that the best way of losing cellulite is a reduced calorie,
balanced diet with food that has high fiber content, and to increase the amount
of exercise taken. One simple cellulite therapy is the use of a tanning bed
because the darker the skin the less evident the cellulite is. Unfortunately,
doing various cellulite therapy exercises may still not be enough in the pursuit
of losing cellulite or cure a person’s hormonal imbalance which is still usually
thought of as the main cause why females get cellulite. Still, there are other
cellulite therapies you can use such as kneading the affected specific regions,
water therapy to flush the system, ointments that burn the cellulite and of
course giving up cigarettes.

For those individuals who are serious about losing cellulite a technique called
suction lipectomy can be used where small incisions are made in the skin and the
cellulite is literally sucked up out of the muscles. The fatty deposits are
massaged with rollers which combined with the suction, helps to break them down
so that the trapped water and toxins are removed.

This is one of the more elaborate and costly methods of losing cellulite and not
a form of cellulite treatment every woman wants to undergo. Cellulite is neither
a medical disease nor a life threatening illness but does bring sadness to many
women and is commonly an indication of an unhealthy lifestyle. The cause of
cellulite is the first step but eliminating cellulite but does require a change
in the affected person’s lifestyle if they want to be free of it
altogether.

If you thought you could lose weight
with the help of a low-carb diet, you couldn’t be further from the truth!
Low-carb diets usually reduce your carb intake to an abnormally low level, which
is unhealthy for you! If you are committed to lose the excess weight, you really
need to get the word ‘diet’ out of your head and focus on eating the right foods
at right times instead!

Note that I mention “right times”! If you eat healthy foods at wrong times, you
will gain more fat than lose! Some people think that it is okay to consume
several cups of low-fat ice cream simply because it is low on fat, but that is
simply misleading!

In this article I will tell you about special weight loss foods which would help
you lose weight fast and easily! If you have ever dreamed of losing fat by
eating, this article is for you! But note that if you don’t eat your foods at
right times, you won’t be able to achieve weight loss!

Look at this example: it is no secret that natural fruits and vegetables help
one lose fat. Does that mean that you should be eating them throughout the day,
even right before bedtime? If you eat before bedtime, your body won’t be able to
burn off the calories gained from food since you would be sleeping!
Consequently, you would gain a lot of extra fat!

As you can see, even consuming too much of healthy foods is bad for you; you
need to eat moderately Ensure that you eat only at right times; that means, NO
eating after 7PM or 8PM!

I would suggest that you eat nothing more than egg whites and salad for dinner,
or a chicken breast. These foods are ‘weight loss superfoods’, which means that
your body would need a lot of energy in order to burn them. Obviously, there is
no question of you gaining fat while sleeping!

Okay, assuming that you would be eating at right times as advised by me, here
are the only foods I recommend to you: tomatoes, spinach, skinless
turkey/chicken, lean red meat, broccoli, egg whites, whey protein, and of course
tuna and salmon! All these foods share the same quality: they are all low on
carbohydrates, and most of them are high on protein, which is good for you! The
more protein you consume, the more lean muscles you would build, and
consequently, the more fat you would burn off!

Most people think that starving is the only surefire way to quick weight loss.
That is not true at all. Eat the foods I suggested in this article and more
importantly, don’t eat at improper times! If you do these two things then it
won’t take you long to acquire a lean and sexy body!
