Tomato “Bun” Burgers

Recipe Ingredients:

low fat ground turkey (or beef), 100 grams

1 large tomato

1/2 tsp. of chili powder

1/2 tsp. of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon

salt and pepper

Mix your spices together with your ground meat in a bowl. (Have your George Foreman grill preheating while you prepare your meat). Mix the spices and the meat together really well. Shape it into patties for grilling. Grill it. Slice your large tomato. Use two of your tomato slices as a “bun” for your burger. Serve the rest of your tomato slices on the side to fulfill your vegetable requirement.
