The things that make food taste good are probably some of the biggest contributors to the problem. Sodium as a preservative and fat as a taste enhancer. These two ingredients can cause weight gain and bloating. By reducing the intake of these ingredients one can begin to lose weight.
With the immense amount of choices of foods at the store one can feel bombarded. Most of the ingredients in packaged foods requires a decoder ring. With this amount of difficulty, it is no wonder why people go for the easiest food.
One of the behaviors that needs to be modified is to include fresh foods in the diet. Instead of going for the simple and easy to make food, add some difficulty to it. Actually get a fresh vegetable and cook it. That packaged food is called junk food for a reason. Fat loss is not going to be easy but there are definitely benefits to it.
