DINNER 2 beef franks or sausages 1 cup broccoli or cabbage 1/2 cup carrots 1/2 banana 1/2 cup normal vanilla ice cream

Day 3

BREAKFAST Black Coffee or Tea, artificial sugar one boiled egg one toast

LUNCH 5 normal saltine crackers one oz. cheddar cheese 1 apple

DINNER 1 cup tuna 1 cup carrots one cup cauliflower 1 cup melon 1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

You can add any of these spices and condiments: salt, pepper, herbs, lemon, mustard & ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire and soy sauce to your foods.
