It isa dull query, but it must be asked…are there a lot of options when it comes to fast, easy weight loss? Not generally. diet plan plans that start working immediately are usually the best decision for dropping weight fast. Plans that are referred to as easy by diet planers are typically simple and basic. They are also most usually able to give diet planers actual noticeable results.

Fun is an adjective that isn’t typically applied to the fast, easy weight loss diet plan plans. One particular plan fitting the description (not much fun, but quite effective and short) is the HCG diet plan. It is very stringent. It is quite stringent. And…it is definitely not fun. But there are not many who feel comfortable arguing that it’s not effective once they see that average weight loss numbers. The majority of diet planers lose 1 to 2 pounds per day on the HCG diet plan.

Lack of variety if the main concern for most HCG dieters. Easy often means that there is no question or confusion regarding exactly what is or is not allowed on the diet. This is often the case because the options are so severely limited that it would be hard to make an honest mistake. When a dieter makes an “exception” on the HCG diet…it’s almost always a conscious choice to break the diet rather than an actual accident.

Blaming it on a lack of understanding of the general rules would be near impossible. It isso direct and simple. It is the reason that some use the descriptive word, “easy” to the HCG diet plan. The word refers to an ease of understanding more than the ease of actually following the stringent diet plan. Most would not call it easy in reference to following the stringent protocol.

When individuals are having difficulty because they want more options in their HCG approved food choices one of the first things that they should be asked is what they are eating. At times dieters have cut out portions of the approved food list because they have never tried a food before and don’t want to start now or they don’t necessarily like them or they didn’t like them when they were a kid or whatever. This is not a good idea. There aren’t many options/choices. At least try all of them that are available.

The second thing that I ask dieters is if they are utilizing the spices that are approved while on the HCG diet. Nobody said that the food that you HCG dieters eat has to be tasteless. Spice your food up! There are many options. Look through the list of approved spices in the protocol and compare it to the list of approved foods. And then go to town spicing up your foods!

At this point diet planers usually decide that the approved recipe guide is more advantageous than they realized. An expert cook can identify which approved spices will be best with which items, but many of us are not that expert at this type of cooking. The recipe guide is a fantastic place to start. It provides a basis from which you can start experimenting with spices and different food combinations.

Who really needs HCG weight loss injections specifically? The obvious answer is that many people need them. There are many who could do to lose a bit of weight (or a lot of weight). And by accessing Dr. Simeons’ cure for obesity they could lose the needed weight.

But we are not really, truly questioning who does and who does not need to lose weight? We are questioning who needs to utilize HCG weight loss injections. We are all in accord that there are a lot of individuals who need to lose weight. These individuals would absolutely benefit from a stringent HCG program. But this does not mean that we must require these individuals to use the injections.

I once tried the HCG diet injections. They worked. They were effective. I have nothing negative to say about the HCG weight loss injections. They weren’t too painful. I did have a lot of bruising. But I bruise easily. I found the daily injection requirement annoying. And the bruising didn’t look pretty. But I did lose weight. And that was the point of the program.

After the HCG weight loss injections plan was completed I did maintenance and several months later I decided to give it another try. But this time I did the homeopathic HCG diet rather than the injection based diet. I lost just as much weight using the homeopathic method as I did using the injections. So I see no reason to put up with needles and injections at all.

I’m not a big baby, but I was absolutely through with the entire stick a needle in my leg every morning instead of eatig breakfast by the end of the 26 day program. The weight loss was enjoyable, though. And that is the point of any diet. So I didn’t complain (very much) about the needles while I was on the program.

Because unnecessary annoyances are the very worst kind. Unnecessary annoyances and unnecessary evils should be banned. But it’s not to be. And even I can’t go so far as to say that injections are evil. But they’re absolutely annoying. And I just didn’t like keeping syringes around the house. I kept thinking that one of the kids would somehow get a hold of them.

Not that I had them in a place where they would EVER find them. But the worry was there all the same. With the homeopathic HCG formula there were no worries regarding safety for me or for the kids in the house.

The HCG weight loss injections provide drastic weight loss. This drastic weight loss can improve an individual’s health. but the injections are not a necessary part of this weight loss process that can benefit the dieter through increased health. The homeopathic HCG is just as effective and you don’t have to hide it out of reach of the little people. It’s safe as can be.
